Calculate Recruitment ensure that every supply staff are first registered face to face with a consultant. A member of staff check all original documentation, which includes DBS, ISA Children Barred List, Visas, etc. We guarantee that all supply staff at Calculate Recruitment are cleared / compliant for work only when they have met the required criteria, and we ensure all are kept up-to-date and renewed accordingly. We can ensure that Calculate Recruitment go above and beyond the DFE standard guidelines and pride our self on the quality of our safeguarding procedures.

Below are the checks that are carried out for each candidate:

• Current CV
• Complete registration form
• Terms of Business
• IR35 compliant
• Enhanced DBS (registered on the DBS update service)
• Safeguarding training
• Right to Work, and National Insurance documentation (eg. Passport Check, Visa Check, Biometric check, ECS check)
• ISA Barred List (List 99)
• QTS / QTLS status confirmation (NCTL/SET)
• NCTL checked for all candidates including support staff (Including EEA and Section 128)
• Original Qualification Certificates
• Allergy & Anaphylaxis Training
• 2 proofs of address
• Overseas police check/Certificate of good conduct if the candidate has lived outside the UK
• References (covering 2 years)
• Photograph
